Pop musician, Davido, on Tuesday jumped on the wagon of those commenting on Tekno’s meeting with Canadian rap star, Drake.
“Tekno! U deserve am die! For the culture,” the ‘If’ singer wrote on Twitter in what many believe is a dig at Wizkid.

Tekno has been in the news ever since he was seen working on a production console with Drake in an Instagram story on Friday, sparking reports that both of them are working on a new music.
A video of the duo partying after Drake’s performance at the Art Basel in Miami on Friday also went viral on social media.
The 24-year-old Nigeria expressed his excitement on Monday by uploading a picture of himself and Drake on Monday with a caption “B A S E D R O P.”
Drake also shared another picture of both of them having a conversation with the caption “Tekkkkkkkkkkkk time”.
Tekno is not the first Nigerian artiste to work with Drake. The rapper featured Wizkid on his 2016 track, ‘One Dance’ after he had remixed the Nigerian’s ‘Ojuelegba’.
The relationship did not end after the release of ‘One Dance’ as they both worked on several other projects including Wizkid’s ‘Come Closer’.
Similarly, this is not Tekno’s first international collaboration as his hit song, ‘Pana’, was signed up by Columbia Records, which re-released it in the US in 2016.
