Actress Dayo Amusa has shared lovely photos on Instagram to mark her son’s 41st day.
Sharing pictures of her dressed in a green outfit, the proud mother announced the milestone on Instagram, stating that her baby is now eligible to attend outings, as per Yoruba tradition.
She captioned her post, “Jade omo lẹni o. We are 41 days today. Elle mii Elle.”
Yoruba customs typically keep newborns indoors for 41 days, allowing exceptions only for essential activities like hospital visits or naming ceremonies.
This celebration comes weeks after Dayo marked her first Christmas as a mother.
She shared matching festive photos with her son, expressing deep gratitude.
“I have made many mistakes, but one thing I did right is having you,” she wrote, calling her son her “best gift ever,” “joy,” and “complete blessing.”
Dayo also prayed for her and her son’s father to be positive role models for the boy.
