Actress Dayo Amusa has reacted to her colleague Eniola Ajao’s apology to her over the best-dressed female controversy at her movie premiere.
The controversy arose following the announcement of crossdresser Bobrisky as the best-dressed female at a premiere.
Femi Adebayo who announced Bobrisky as the winner, received backlash from the public and also faced criticism from her colleague Dayo Amusa.
The actor, his wife Aduke and Dayo engaged in a war of words on Tuesday night, forcing Eniola to put out a statement on Instagram on Wednesday night, apologising to everyone.
In her apology to Dayo, she wrote: “I also extend my heartfelt apologies to My honorable and supportive boss Femi Adebayo @femiadebayosalami and his wife, @iyanaladuke and @dayoamusa for the undue backlash they faced as a result of the announcement made at our event. I deeply regret the insults and disrespect directed towards them, and I take full responsibility for any harm caused.”
Reacting in the comment section of the post, Dayo Amusa wrote: “Alubarika.”
