Actress Dayo Amusa has welcomed a baby boy in the United States.

Blogger Seun Oloketuyi first broke the news on Monday on his Instagram page, sharing a photo of Dayo.

He wrote, “@dayoamusa delivers baby in the US. Congratulations.”

The announcement immediately generated speculation online with some fans questioning the authenticity of the report.

Dayo on her part shared Yinka Alaseyori’s song ‘Aye Ope yo’ on her Instagram Story, hinting at a joyful celebration.

In a subsequent update, actresses Tawa Ajisefini and Toyin Adewale celebrated the arrival of Dayo’s baby boy.

Tawa shared a photo of Dayo and a baby.

She captioned revealing the baby’s gender, “Oluwa o shey ooooo… a mo lore 💃💃😀😀🎈🎈🍾🍾🍾💃💃💃❤️❤️❤️. Iya okomi, congratulations sissy🫂🫂🫂🎈🎈 olorun a ka mo wa🤲🤲 Mama na boy💃💃💃💃💃.”

Toyin Adewale also joined in the celebration, posting a congratulatory message alongside a picture.

Dayo has now confirmed that she indeed welcomed a baby boy but clarified that the picture circulating online is not of her newborn.

She wrote, “ALHAMDULILAH 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 It’s a Boy – I am as excited as you all are and will be sharing our treasure in a bit. But before then, note: this picture circulating is not our baby’s picture 😊. Please disregard!”
