Publisher of Ovation Magazine, Dele Momodu, has shared an old picture of himself with Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi and academic, Yemi Ogunbiyi.
“TIMELESS… This picture was taken four years ago with some APC Chieftains including Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, Hadi Sirika, Hon. Farouk and great academic Dr Yemi Ogunbiyi, former MD of Daily Times,” he wrote.
Dele Momodu had shared a picture of his son, Eniafe, meeting Rotimi Amaechi earlier in March.
He was criticised by Twitter users for advising the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, to concede defeat to President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the wake of the elections.
Mr Momodu was one of the most vocal supporters of Atiku Abubakar’s presidential bid.
Rotimi Amaechi was the director-general of President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-election campaign.
The advice to concede was interpreted by many as the media mogul attempting to realign his political ties.
