Actress Destiny Etiko has welcomed the 2022 Big Brother Naija winner Phyna to play a role in her new movie Unholy Stain.
Destiny shared a video on Instagram on Friday of herself receiving Phyna at the airport.
She captioned the video, “Our BBN Phyna is here for DESTINY ETIKO’s FILM. You are welcome darling.”
In the video, Destiny gives Phyna a queenly treatment by helping her with her luggage and leading her to her waiting white SUV.
Destiny has always been a fan of Phyna since the latter’s days in the Big Brother Naija show. She was among the top celebrities who canvassed votes that got Phyna the prize as the second female to win the show since its inception.
Phyna has featured in several Nollywood movies since bagging the N100 million BBNaija prize last year. Big Brother Naija participants usually find the movie industry welcoming.
Meanwhile, Destiny’s new project will be directed by Nellyann James and produced by Richard King. The movie will also feature crossdresser James Brown and actress Lizzy Gold among others.
On Friday also, Destiny shared a picture of the movie script on Instagram with the caption “A new project.”
She said she would feature a fan Jennifer Osunkwo in her new movie. Ms Osunkwo presented gifts to the actress on the set of her movie. The fan could not hold back tears on meeting her idol.
Destiny shared a video of the emotional moment on Instagram. She wrote, “This girl really got me emotional. She came to my set all the way from OWERRI just to gift me and to tell me how much I inspire her and her entire family. MY MOVIE WILL BE THE FIRST U WILL FEATURE IN NOLLYWOOD. Thanks for the gift darling. I appreciate. GOD BE WITH U.”
