Actor Deyemi Okanlawon has created a diss track aimed at fellow actor and comedian AY Makun, addressing what he describes as “bullying.”
Deyemi took to Instagram on Monday to share a video of himself in the studio, energetically performing the track.
The post was captioned: “Bullying someone because they are younger, finer, sexier, and can act better than you—just because you’re a billionaire with over 35 years of industry experience and nearing retirement—is the height of oppression.
“On behalf of my fellow youth, I’ve titled this one #SeekingJustice, dedicated to all victims of octogenarian oppression. Special thanks to @jjcskillz, @itspuffytee, and @iamkobi_.”
The track, titled ‘Seeking Justice’, comes in response to a series of humorous posts by AY that appear to target Deyemi.
Earlier in August, AY shared a post highlighting the fact that he is over 10 years Deyemi’s senior but claimed that the younger actor wouldn’t allow him peace on the set of their film, The Waiter.
In his post, AY accused Deyemi of competing with him in various aspects, even going as far as to suggest that Deyemi considers himself more handsome.
Last Thursday, AY escalated the playful feud by sharing several photoshopped images of Deyemi, including one where Deyemi appeared with sagging breasts and another where he looked aged.
The comedian’s most recent post shared on Sunday featured an AI-generated video of Deyemi in a short skirt, with the focus on his buttocks.
Deyemi’s diss track is his way of clapping back at AY’s antics, marking a new chapter in their ongoing banter.
