Bayelsa State Governor and chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum, Seriake Dickson, and Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom, have led a delegation to visit former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.
The delegation paid Atiku a condolence visit on Wednesday over the death of his close aide, Umar Pariya, and that of the pioneer managing director of Adamawa Beverages Ltd., Ahmed Jarma.

Umar Njidda Pariya and pioneer MD of Adamawa Beverages Ltd., Alh. Ahmed Jarma,” Atiku’s spokesman, Paul Ibe, wrote on Twitter.
Pariya passed on on November 19 in Dubai, UAE after a brief illness.

Jarma, however, died on December 1 aged 58 at Nzamieye Turkish Hospital, Abuja after a brief illness.
Until his death, Jarma was the Chairman, North East branch of Manufacturers Association of Nigeria.
