Senator Dino Melaye, who represented Kogi West Senatorial District in the eighth National Assembly, has announced the funeral arrangements for his sister-in-law Damilola Melaye (nee Adeoye).
Mrs Melaye died on Wednesday in Lagos after a brief ailment. The deceased was the wife of the ex-lawmaker’s brother Timothy Melaye.
On Sunday, Melaye announced the funeral plan on social media.
According to him, the wake will be held at the family’s residence on Monday, December 16 at 5pm.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 17 at Living Faith Church aka Winners Chapel at No. 44 Montgomery St, off Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba. Lagos at 10am.
Melaye said interment would follow at Ikoyi Cemetery immediately after the service while reception would take place at the Melaye’s residence.
