Senator Dino Melaye has paid tributes to his late mother, Comfort Melaye, on her 1st death anniversary.
Mrs Melaye died on May 2, 2019 and was buried about two months later.
In one of his posts on Twitter on Saturday, the former Kogi legislator described her as the ‘best mother on earth’.
“You gone 1 year today my sweet mother. Momo Dino! Best mother on earth…you left me in this wicked world where I daily experience the utter depravity of human nature. Mama I love and miss you my best friend and confidant. Iya Oninure…Good mother…your disharming smile. Sun re,” he wrote.
In another post, he shared a picture of his family, adding that they miss her.
The late Comfort Melaye, who passed on aged 70, was buried in a Bible grave at Elder J. E. Melaye’s residence, Jesus’ Street, Iluafon quarters, Ayetoro Gbede, Kogi State.
