Senator Dino Melaye has returned to private life and business after losing his case against the election of Smart Adeyemi at the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.
He shared a photo of himself at his office on Monday.
“Back to solely private life and business. Oluwa is good to me,” he tweeted.
The appellate court dismissed Melaye’s appeal filed against the election of Adeyemi representing Kogi West Senatorial District in late July.
Justice Ibrahim Saulawa led a three-man panel which unanimously upheld the earlier verdict of the election petition tribunal.
The court awarded the cost of N50,000 against Melaye in favour of the respondents.
