Wife of the vice president Dolapo Osinbajo has sent birthday wishes to the first lady Aisha Buhari.
Born on February 17, 1971, in Adamawa, Mrs Buhari clocked 50 on Wednesday.
Mrs Osinbajo, 53, in an Instagram post celebrated the first lady.
She said: “Happy 50th birthday HE aishambuhari. I wish you many happy returns of today, peace, joy, long life and good health. May all your prayers be heard and answered. May the desires of your heart be granted. God bless you today and always.”
Aisha married President Muhammadu Buhari in 1989. They have five children together.
The first lady, who is a cosmetologist, beauty therapist, author, women’s rights activist and child rights advocate, has not been seen in the country for months. Reports say she is in Dubai, UAE.
Mrs Buhari holds a bachelor of arts degree in public administration from Ambrose Alli University (AAU) and a master’s degree in international affairs and strategic studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
