Nollywood actress, Dorcas Shola Fapson, has claimed that she spoke to Seyitan Babatayo, who was allegedly arrested and detained after she accused singer, Dbanj, of raping her in December 2018.
The 29-year-old on Thursday claimed that Seyitan, who confirmed that she had been intimidated by D’banj and his team, as had been previously claimed by Seyitan’s lawyer, Olamide Omileye.
“I just spoke to @seyitannn_. She’s ok now. She was arrested and had all her things seized & left in a cell with criminals. D’banj’s team pressured her into those tweets & threatened to leave her in prison if she didn’t recant the allegation,” she tweeted.
The Shuga actress added, “D’banj told Seyitan that he has paid his lawyers 25m & she doesn’t stand a chance against him. The poor girl is scared & obviously doesn’t have the money/resources to fight this!”
This comes after Seyitan’s Twitter account with username @Seyitannn_, was apparently used to promote the song, ‘Stress Free,’ by D’banj.
In January 2018, Dorcas Shola Fapson accused a Taxi driver of attempted rape after he allegedly drove her to an unknown location and tried to drag her into a house.
