Gospel singer Dunsin Oyekan has expressed his gratitude to God as he recounts surviving a near-death experience two years ago.
The singer on Tuesday, shared images of the accident on his Instagram page, thanking God for preserving his life and the lives of everyone involved.
He wrote, “Years ago today, God rescued me and everyone with me from the jaws of death! His MERCY said NO!!! Father, I’ve come back to say THANK YOU!!!”
In September 2022, Dunsin survived a car crash along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, three years after the passing of his wife, Dotun.
After the accident, he took to Instagram to express his gratitude, saying, “Indeed, God is Sweet to Worship (OLUWADUNSIN). God is my glory, the lifter of my head.
“The Keeper of Israel neither sleeps nor slumbers; He watches over His word to perform it. Glory to God now and forevermore. I remain in awe of God! I’m perfectly okay—body, soul, and mind.”
It was reported that a crew member sustained minor injuries, but everyone survived the accident.
