Nollywood actress Ebube Nwagbo has thanked colleagues Oge Okoye, Onyii Alex and others who supported her during the burial of her mother Cecilia Nwagbo.
The 38-year-old expressed her gratitude in multiple posts on Instagram.
Sharing pictures taken with Oge, Onyii and some of her female friends during the funeral, Ebube said: “Losing my mum has been one of the most challenging and traumatising thing ever to happen to me. It’s been really hard but these ladies right here have proven to me beyond doubts that they got my back through thick and thin.”
Thanking them for being there for her, she added “I love and appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart. My family and I say thank you.”
The actress also thanked clergymen who officiated at the funeral held in Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra State.
Mrs Nwagbo died at the age of 60 on January 14, 2021.
Ebube announced the death in an Instagram post on January 18 Instagram post, saying “heaven just gained an angel.”
The actress is the first of her parents’ six children.
