Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu, has lost his mother, Fatima Adamu.
The Federal Ministry of Education said in a statement by its spokesman, Ben Gooong, that she died early Friday.
According to the statement, the deceased is being buried at Azare in Bauchi State, in accordance with Islamic rites.
“Other details will come your way in the course of proceedings,” the statement said.
