Rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, has thanked Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, for promoting his song, ’Jaga Jaga 2’
The 46-year-old expressed his appreciation in a post he shared on Instagram on Wednesday.
He wrote, “Yul I salute you. It is usually rare to see a creative talent using his or her platform to promote another creative artiste, so it is very heartwarming to see this display of unbiased support and appreciative heads up from a highly talented and acclaimed artiste like yourself…I most especially appreciate the fact that you are using and continues to use your stardom to stand firm and support, promote and project conscious vibes like ’Jaga Jaga’ part two.”
Yul had earlier shared a clip of the song, which is a sequel to to ‘Jaga Jaga,’ on Instagram.
‘Jaga Jaga, a song about the corruption and suffering rife in Nigeria, was released in 2004.
It was banned on radio by the Federal Government but was still played in nightclubs.
