The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) will on Thursday arraign the former Kogi State governor Yahaya Bello before the Federal High Court in Abuja.
Bello will appear before Justice Emeka Nwite to face a 19-count charge involving alleged fraud totalling ₦80.2 billion.
His co-defendants are his nephew Ali Bello and two others Dauda Suleiman and Abdulsalam Hudu.
The EFCC accuses them of money laundering, breach of trust and misappropriation of public funds.
On Wednesday, the anti-graft agency arraigned Bello at an FCT High Court over alleged fraud of N110 billion.
