Ekiti State House of Assembly has passed the bill for the establishment of Ekiti State Security Network Agency and Amotekun Corps into law.
Speaker Funminiyi Afuye presided over plenary on Friday as the bill was signed into law after a presentation from the Committee on Security and Special Duties.
Chairman of the committee, Lateef Oluwole, representing Ekiti East constituency 1, said some amendments were made to the bill after clause-by-clause and point-by-point examination at the public hearing.
