Yetunde Elebuibon, daughter of the renowned Ifa priest and Araba of Osogbo, Ifayemi Elebuibon, has launched her podcast on Spotify called Life Lessons with Eltey.
Yetunde, an information technology consultant, author and politician, is based in the United Kingdom. She is the councillor representing Wheatley Hills and Intake Ward, Doncaster.
Yetunde began the podcast weeks ago to help people worldwide navigate successfully in a foreign country and reach the highest heights possible with minimum mistakes.
“I started Life Lessons with Eltey on Spotify to help people learn from the experience I’ve acquired over the years,” she was quoted as saying last month by The Guardian.

She added, “I get asked a lot about how I managed to navigate my path to success in a foreign country. I came to the UK as an international student in 2003, and between then and now, I’ve had successful careers, becoming an entrepreneur, an elected leader, a charity trustee, etc. Instead of repeating the same thing to different people at different times, it is better to put it out there in a form accessible to people worldwide.”
Yetunde said she has received positive feedback from her listeners after releasing five episodes.
According to her, analytics have recorded listeners from the US Nigeria, Ireland, Germany and France.
She expressed her desire to interview her father on her podcast.
“My background has nothing to do with the podcast. It was motivated by the desire to help others through my experience, and I believe the way to make the most impact is to choose a medium accessible to people worldwide. My dad has many years of experience in broadcasting and showbiz, and I plan to interview him on the podcast one of these days,” she said.
