Businessman and philanthropist Tony Elumelu and his family on New Year’s Day visited his sister Agatha Elumelu-Obiekwugo.
Mrs Elumelu-Obiekwugo played host to the family. Their 95-year-old mother Suzanne and little brother were also present.
The host shared photos of the visit on social media on Tuesday, saying her mum was excited to see everyone.
“It was such a joy to host my family yesterday the first of January 2024,” she wrote.
“We are so thankful as a family for all the blessings of God last year and even previous years; to HIM be all the glory.

“My mum was elated as my brother TOE (Mr Africa) and his amazing family, my lil brother and my family represented my other siblings that were not around. The joyous atmosphere was palpable.”
“I commit my family to the care of El ROI, the GOD that sees and watches over us. His goodness will surround us and his mercy will forever defend us in Jesus name, amen,” Elumelu-Obiekwugo concluded.
Before leaving their house for the visit, the Elumelus posed for photos which the UBA Group chairman posted on social media.
