Afro-pop musician, Emma Nyra, has expressed her interest in talking about her experience while working with talent manager, Ubi Franklin.
The 30-year-old made this known in a tweet on Saturday, tagging music journalist, Joey Akan
“Hey luv @JoeyAkan I do appreciate you reporting on this story. But I have NOT YET spoken about my experience at all.
“If you wanted to ask me about my experience Or my music that would be better. I’m the only one that knows my story 🙏🏾,” she wrote.
Emma Nyra has been brought into the ongoing feud between former business partners, Ubi Franklin and Iyanya.
Iyanya alleged that the mother of two was abused by Ubi Franklin.
When asked in a recent interview if he abused Emma Nyra, Ubi Franklin said that he couldn’t talk about it because he and the singer had signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Emma Nyra ended her recording contract with Made Men Music Group in 2014.
The press hinted on relationship issues while the artiste cited “abuse with physical and verbal force” for her exit
