Businesswoman Emmanuella Ropo, wife of Fuji legend K1 De Ultimate, has joined other admirers to celebrate Shade Okoya, wife of billionaire industrialist Rasaq Okoya, on her 48th birthday.
Emmanuella took to Instagram on Friday to post photos and video clips of the Lagos society woman, describing her as graceful and virtuous.

,” she wrote.
Shade Okoya also marked her birthday on Instagram with photos of herself dressed in a black gown, accessorised with a silver necklace and earrings. She captioned the post: “Alhamdulilah SO @ 48.”
Born on April 25, 1977, Shade Okoya is the Managing Director of Eleganza Industrial City. She married Rasaq Okoya at the age of 21 and has since played a key role in the family’s manufacturing empire. The couple share four children.
Over the years, she has been honoured for her leadership and influence in business. In 2014, she received an honorary Doctor of Science degree in Business Management and Corporate Leadership from the European American University. Four years later, the University of Ibadan Alumni Global Network in London awarded her “Inspiring Executive Woman of the Year.”
Known for her high-profile presence in society circles, Shade’s milestone birthdays have attracted prominent figures, including Aliko Dangote and Oba Saheed Elegushi. She holds several chieftaincy titles such as the Bewaji of Lagos and Yeye Oge of Epe Land and she also sponsors grassroots initiatives like the Folashade Okoya Kids Cup.
