Actress Ebele Okaro has said her colleague Empress Njamah brought joy and laughter to the late Ada Ameh.
Ebele said this in the comment section of Empress’ Instagram post on Thursday while consoling her colleague who is still mourning Ada her best friend.
“You brought joy and laughter into her life. May same always be your portion. You are a wonderful soul,” she wrote.
In her tribute to the deceased on Instagram on Monday, Ebele Okaro described Ada as one who acted with her soul to interpret movie roles.
She wrote: “ODE TO ADA AMEH. The Beautiful One that makes Black shine forth like Diamond. The One with a Captivating and infectious Smile. The One that walks into an Audience and Captivates everyone.
“She Roars with Passion when she needs to make her point. She Walks and Talks with Confidence irrespective of the Audience. She Acts with Her Soul to Interpret her Roles. She loves with Passion and Depth. Part of Her Goal in Life was to keep People Happy. A Rare Gem has been lost, but We take Solace in the Joy and Laughter You brought into our Lives.”
Ada Ameh died on Sunday, July 17, two years after the death of her daughter Aladi.
Before her death, the 48-year-old battled with mental health. She revealed she had been dealing with mental illness following the death of her daughter and six siblings.
