Veteran Nollywood actress Shan George has openly expressed her support for Afrobeats star Davido amid his ongoing feud with fellow musician Wizkid, stirring varied reactions among Nigerians.
Recently social media has been buzzing after Wizkid spent days criticising Davido, though the reasons behind his remarks remain unclear.
This conflict has sparked widespread online discussion, with many taking sides while others call for peace.
Despite the tension, Davido has remained silent and has yet to address the matter publicly.
Shan George made her stance clear via an Instagram post on Thursday, where she showed her support for Davido. She shared a photo of the singer sleeping, holding a large award plaque with the caption:
“UNAVAILABLE!!!! 001. #davido”
Her post quickly attracted reactions from Nigerians, with opinions divided in the comment section.
One user Franklin, questioned her involvement writing, “Aren’t you too old to still get yourself involved in things like this? Pretty sure if they were both your kids, you would focus more on settling them rather than taking sides. Adults are supposed to have sense sha. Lol.”
