One of the notable promoters of the 2020 #EndSARS campaign, Rinu Oduala, has invited former Senate President Bukola Saraki and a host of others to join her in discussing the 2023 general elections.
Saraki is looking to win the presidential ticket of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former number three citizen will be joined by executive director of Dinidari Foundation Ndi Kato; and a former aide of Kano Sate governor Dawisu Yakasai among others for the conversation via Twitter on Saturday at 7pm.
The discourse will be centred on the chances of women and youth in making impact in the forthcoming elections.
Saraki, a former governor of Kwara State, tweeted on Friday that the conversation is a chance to address the future of women and youth in Nigeria.
“This is a great opportunity to be able to speak about what the upcoming general election means for women and young people, and how these critical demographics can get involved before the election to help build a new Nigeria that works for everyone,” he said.
