#EndSARS protesters have taken their agitation against police brutality to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) headquarters in Abuja.
The protesters packed vehicles in front of the CBN’s main gate, blocking movement in and out of the premises.
The protesters plan to spend the night there and disrupt the bank’s activities on Monday, it was gathered.
The protesters carried placards and chanted anti-government songs.
Security operatives guarding the building have been placed on alert in case of breakdown of order.
This comes after false allegation that the CBN was planning to shut down a tech company Flutterwave which has been used as a crowdfunding tool for victims of police brutality.
The CBN also recently debunked report that its website was hacked by a group in support of #EndSARS campaign.
