Media personality Enioluwa Adeoluwa has written an emotional tribute to console his cousin, actress and influencer Tomike Adeoye, following the burial of her mother, Olayinka Mojirayo.
The funeral was held on Tuesday in a love-filled ceremony attended by family, friends and well-wishers.
Celebrities including Mercy Aigbe, Veekee James, Peterson Okopi, Ini Dima-Okojie and Folagade Banks were present to show support to the grieving family.
In a touching post shared on his verified Instagram account on Wednesday, Enioluwa praised Tomike’s strength and resilience in the face of her mother’s passing.
“I can’t imagine what it is like to lose a mother, but not just any mother—your mother—and still find the strength to show up? That’s not something many of us can do,” he wrote.
Reflecting on the impact of grief, he described how much of Aunty Yinka’s legacy lives on in her daughter. “As everyone spoke about your mum, Aunty Yinka, they were describing you without even knowing. Her light lives in you. Her kindness, her strength, her warmth—it’s all in you.”
Enioluwa ended the tribute with a promise of unwavering support, reassuring Tomike that she is not alone: “A shoulder to cry on, arms to hold you, a presence to remind you—you’re not alone. Always and forever. Love you endlessly. Your dearest Cuzzo, Eni.”
