Media personality Enioluwa Adeoluwa has shared how his best friend, Priscilla Ojo, excitedly told him she had found “the one”—her now-husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux.
Priscilla, daughter of actress Iyabo Ojo, tied the knot with Jux in a traditional Islamic wedding (Nikkai) on Friday.
The ceremony, held in Tanzania, saw friends and family in attendance, with photos from the event making rounds on social media.
On Saturday, Enioluwa, who was present at the wedding, took to Instagram to recount how Priscilla first confided in him about her relationship.
“The most beautiful thing about friendship is that the laughter never stops,” he wrote.
He recalled receiving a call from Priscilla while she was on a trip, during which she told him, “I think I’ve found him.” Initially dismissing it with laughter, he later realised the depth of her feelings.
Enioluwa expressed joy at witnessing her love story unfold, writing, “Now, I truly know—you have found him. So take his hand, my baby girl. Be his wife forevermore.”
He ended his message with a heartfelt promise to always be there for her.
Priscilla and Jux’s relationship made headlines in September 2024 when news of their engagement sparked debates on social media about its authenticity.
Iyabo Ojo later confirmed that the wedding would take place in both Tanzania and Nigeria.
