Super Eagles midfielder, Oghenekaro Etebo, has finalised his loan deal with Spanish top tier side, Las Palmas.
Etebo, 22, joins the La Liga strugglers on a six-month loan deal from Portuguese club, CD Feirense.
The versatile player opted to move to the Canary Island, instead of FC Porto, Genk and Fenerbahce.
“Etebo arrives on loan from Club Desportivo Feirense of the First Division of Portugal,” reads a statement on the Las Palmas website on Wednesday.
“UD Las Palmas reserves the option to purchase the player. He can act as an offensive or extreme midfielder. At 23, he has already been a regular international with Nigeria.”
Las Palmas is currently placed 19th on the La Liga standings and will be banking on the Nigerian for survival.
The 22-year-old featured 18 times for Feirense this season, scoring four goals.
On the international scene, Etebo was a member of the Nigeria U-23 team that won the African title in 2015 and also won bronze at 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He has been capped 10 times by the Super Eagles.
