Leader of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) Pastor Evelyn Joshua has paid a visit to the church’s branch in Ghana.
She informed the congregation at the Lagos headquarters on Sunday, February 20 that she was at SCOAN Ghana during a midweek service.
Evelyn was warmly received by the congregation in Ghana. She said she came all the way to thank them for staying united during the church’s troubled times.
“I have come to thank you and to show you how grateful I am. I want to say thank you for being there for SCOAN. Thank you for loving God and with a grateful heart I want to say thank you for loving Prophet TB Joshua and all he stood for,” she said.
Continuing her speech, Evelyn said, “It’s been a wonderful journey of faith but with all we have gone through these few months, all we have seen and witnessed, God is faithful. For this church, the Synagogue Church of All Nations, to still be standing in unity; we are knitted together in one love, understanding in unity. It can only be God and I want to thank you all for being there.”
Testimonies followed and Evelyn began administering the new anointing water to the congregation.
Evelyn emerged leader of the church in 2021 following the death of her husband Joshua on June 5. The church endured a difficult moment in deciding who Joshua’s successor would be.
Evelyn taught the congregation in Ghana that everyone is a vessel in the hand of God and God can use anyone, adding that no matter what anyone accomplishes with the gospel such person should not boast because the power is from God.
