Big Brother Naija 2018 second runner-up, Tobi Bakre, has been accused of the intellectual theft of a photoshoot idea by a Twitter user, @ shutterbouy.
The photographer made the accusation via Twitter on Monday.
Sharing a mail of the pitch he made to Tobi, he wrote: “you cannot steal my idea and go ahead to use it.
“I sent you this mail after meeting you in person at the #stylebyzenith event and you said you didn’t have time that I should mail you which I did and you never replied.
“Not knowing you actually got the mail and used my Idea .. it is very wrong and this is bad of you to do bro .. @tobibakre.”
Tobi responded to the allegation in a thread explaining that he did not steal or imitate @shutterbouy’s work.
“Good afternoon. Pls this is an integrity issue hence I have to respond. I am a creative and will never use anyone’s idea without credit. I wouldn’t want the same done to me,” he wrote in parts.
Tobi Bakre came to limelight after finishing in the top 3 of Big Brother Naija 2018.
