Big Brother Africa star, Tayo Faniran, has given an update after he was arrested by officers of the South African police.
The actor was assaulted by the officers while driving to a meeting for a discussion about his brand on Thursday.
Confirming his safety in an Instagram post on Friday, he wrote: “Thank you all for your love and support, I’m fine now,there will be update Africa is still enslaved 🤞🏿.”
Tayo Faniran’s car was stopped by the officer and they demanded to search his phone, he denied the arrest and was ordered to ride in their car to the police station.
Tayo stated that the action of the officers was xenophobic.
