A photo of popular female disc jockey, DJ Cuppy, alongside football star, Victor Anichebe, has unravelled the pair’s hidden relationship.
Cuppy, whose real names are Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, is daughter of famous billionaire, Femi Otedola, while Anichebe, capped 11 times by Nigeria, currently plays for Premier League side, Sunderland.
The master’s degree holder in music business was special guest DJ at an event held at Bonhams, London on Tuesday, tagged Africa Now.
Also in attendance were Anichebe, Aliko Dangote, Cuppy’s dad and sister, Temi.
The event was organised in collaboration with the Dangote Foundation with the aim of selling African contemporary art to the European audience.
However, it turned out that Cuppy had other plans especially with her supposed boyfriend, Anichebe next to her.
The 23-year-old took out time to share a passionate kiss with an anonymous man which she later shared on image and multimedia platform, Snapchat – using an emoji to block his face.
But unknowing to Cuppy, same photo was later shared by an unidentified user who is believed to have attended the same function which revealed the identify to be the former West Brom striker.
Cuppy has always been very cautious with her relationship, same as Anichebe, but this latest stunt pulled up by the pair has made their fans sceptical.
Hopefully, Cuppy may bring some good luck the way of Anichebe who has been struggling with a niggling injury for the past three seasons.
The 28-year old has not featured for Nigeria since 2012 after opting to concentrate on his club career.
