According to the mother of one, the deed came with a Lordship title and a tree which was planted in his name to honuor him.
Sharing a photo of the deed on Instagram, Tonto wrote: “Planning your future has been the most important event for me..FOR THIS YEAR I GOT MY BABY @kingandre_dikeh a piece of SCOTTLAND’s REAL ESTATE and his Deeds came with a TITLE AS ‘LORD’ and a Tree planted in his honor and Name. Some media reports subsequently claim that the actress bought a plot of land in Scotland for Andre as his birthday present.

Speaking with a blogger, Tonto who later cleared the air, said her post was misunderstood.
Qed.ng on Monday, confirmed that the Lordship title comes with a personalised title certificate with the name of the titleholder, a digital personalised members handbook, a tree planted on a piece of land to honour the titleholder.
The land, however, does not belong to the holder.
