Music lovers have reacted with excitement after singer Tiwa Savage flirted with her former boss Don Jazzy on social media.
Don Jazzy on Tuesday jumped on the Stamina challenge which Tiwa started to promote her new song ‘Stamina’.
Tiwa reposted Don Jazzy’s video on Instagram and tagged blogger Instablog9ja, joking that she does not want to be misinterpreted as she is starting to fancy the record label boss.
“Ahn ahn let me not talk before @instablog9ja will misinterpret my words o but it’s as if @donjazzy dey enter person eye like dis,” she said.
Her statement has generated diverse reactions among netizens.
Fizblitz_authentic wrote, “@tiwasavage I think that person should be @ayrastarr because @donjazzy too dey crush on her.”
Mightyboicomedy said, “But make @donjazzy just propose to @tiwasavage once and for all.”
Jessy_jbaby called another blogger to jump on the story. “Gist lover where are you on it Don Baba J?” the Instagram user wrote.
In 2019, Tiwa took a bold step by leaving Mavin Records owned by Don Jazzy to sign a major record deal with Universal Music Group (UMG).
In reply to an emotion-laden farewell message from the chief executive officer of Mavin records, Don Jazzy, Tiwa said she will always love and appreciate him for the seven years they worked together.
“If I said today wasn’t emotional for me I would be LYING. Please promise me that our relationship will never change. I only want to make you proud of me. Not every superhero has an ‘S’ on their chest.
“You are my superhero DON DORO BUCCI. 7 years, 7 the number of perfection. I LOVE YOU ALWAYS AND FOREVER,” she said.
