Popular fashion designer, Omoniyi Makun, popularly known as Yomi Casual, on Sunday proposed to his long-term girlfriend.
The younger brother of popular comedian and actor, Ayo (AY) Makun, chose the Funybone Untamed II comedy show held at Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos to make the proposal.
He posted a picture of the engagement ring with “Mrs Makun” engraved on it on Instagram on Monday morning.
“She said YES!!!!!! We can’t wait to unveil the wedding date,” he wrote.
The proposal was done with Styl Plus’ ‘Olufunmi’ playing in the background.
Actor, Gbenro Ajibade, handed the ring to Omoniyi, before he showed it to his smitten girlfriend, who was unaware of what had been planned for her.
In a recent interview with Media Room Hub, the youngest of three Makun brothers said “I am in a relationship and I am happy. Hopefully, this year we should tie the knot”.
