Nigerian model, Bisi Sowemimo, has celebrated 14 years working at South African modelling agency, Ice Models.
The runway queen thanked God for the growth she has experienced in her chosen field via an Instagram post on Thursday.
“This day 14yrs ago I walked into Ice Models as a model, today I walked into Ice Models as a booker. God has been so good to me in the last 14yrs and I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without Him.
“Fourteen years with the best agency and I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything. Thank you @icemodelsjhb for all that you have done for me in the last 14yrs. Looking forward to many more years together 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰,” she wrote.
Bisi Sowemimo was the inaugural winner of the Nigeria Model Award in 2004.
She represented Nigeria at the world finals of the Fashion TV Model Awards in Cannes and Monte Carlo from where she won a modelling contract before joining Ice Models.
She has walked the runway at events organized by popular names such as Giorgio Armani, David Tlale, Christie Brown and Helen Asrat.
Founded in 1995 by Steffi Freier, Ice Models is a fashion modelling network with offices in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
