Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has terminated the appointment of the State Chief of Protocol, Ayo Adegbite.
No reason was stated for the sack which was made public through a statement on Friday by his spokesperson, Yinka Oyebode.
The sack, Fayemi said, is to be effected immediately.
The statement further read that “according to the letter of termination of appointment signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Biodun Oyebanji, Mr Adegbite is to hand over government properties in his custody to the Permanent Secretary, Government House and Protocol.”
