Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi, has celebrated his 30th wedding anniversary with wife, Olabisi.
The pair met while they were students at the University of Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University.
Fayemi, in a tweet early Monday, described his wife as an “amazing wife, a loving partner, and a wonderful mother.”
He said: “Labisi, three decades and still counting… Thank you for being an amazing wife, a loving partner, a wonderful mother to Oluwafolajimi and my best friend at all times. Happy wedding anniversary.”
Bisi also in a tweet thanked God for the journey of love they started in 1989.
“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love’ 1 Corinthians 13:13,” she said.
“Happy 30th Wedding Anniversary darling! We thank God for our wonderful journey together.”
The lovebirds have one son together, Oluwafolajimi Fayemi.
