The last son of public speaker and former presidential candidate Fela Durotoye has left home for Oral Roberts University in the United States.
Mrs Tara Durotoye on Monday night shared a video on Instagram of her husband dropping their son off at the varsity.
“Daddy drops off our last son at College,” she wrote.
An overwhelmed Mrs Durotoye said her children’s departure to college comes with a mix of emotions.
“Each child’s departure from home brings a unique mix of emotions. It’s a blend of joy for their growth and progress, but also a sense of grief for the little things we’ll miss—their voice filling the home, our conversations about Nigeria, the tech support, their compliments, and those precious hugs,” she wrote.
The fashion entrepreneur added, “Hugs to all Moms & Dads going through this transition. It will all end in praise.”
