Afrobeat star Femi Kuti and his ex-wife Funke Kuti have reunited for their son Made Kuti’s wedding.
Made and his partner Inedoye Onyenso got married at a private ceremony on Wednesday, November 1 2023.
The couple exchanged their marital vows in front of their families and friends.
Femi who rocked a matching outfit with Funke posted a video of himself and his ex-wife on Instagram with their son who was dressed in an all-white attire.
Captioning the video, the 61-year-old wrote: “Father of the groom and Mother of the groom.”
In one of the videos, Funke joked about Made getting his romantic nature from her while Femi smiled at her.
The wedding ceremony was attended by Yeni Kuti, Motunrayo Kuti and other members of the Kuti Family. Actress Kate Henshaw was also present at the event.
Funke who could not hold back her excitement also posted the couple’s pre-wedding video via Instagram, welcoming Inedoye into the family.

Although Femi and Funke are separated, they remain very good friends and she is a regular face at the New Afrika Shrine where the former and their son play.
