Afrobeat singer Femi Anikulapo-Kuti on Friday announced the resumption of performances at the New Afrika Shrine in Lagos after the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) break.
In an Instagram post, Femi said all the COVID-19 protocols would be observed and latecomers would not be allowed in.
“We shall start our regular Thursday rehearsals on the 26th Nov, gate fee will be N500, Sunday jump 29th will now be N1000,” he wrote.
“Cause of covid19 rules we cannot have a full house. Gates will open on first come & closed as soon as we reach covid19 regulations.Time 5pm-9:30pm SHARP.”
Afrika Shrine had on October 19 lost its chief sound engineer Osy Denobis.
