Filmmaker Mildred Okwo has congratulated actress Rita Dominic on her engagement to Daily Times publisher Fidelis Anosike.
Mildred posted their pre-wedding photo on Twitter on Tuesday with love emojis.
The filmmaker is also Rita’s friend and business partner. They co-founded The Audrey Silva Company (TASC).
The duo has worked on several movie projects including The Meeting and La Femme Anjola.
According to Rita’s representatives, “the couple got engaged some time ago and have privately been putting plans together for their upcoming nuptial”. They also said the couple is set to wed on April 18.
The 46-year-old also hosted some of her friends and colleagues like Kate Henshaw, Uche Jombo, Ini Edo, Michelle Dede and others for a pre-hen night ahead of her wedding.
Rita Dominic announced her relationship with the media entrepreneur in an Instagram post in December 2020.
