Fire broke out in the early hours of Monday at 18, Otigba Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, destroying property reportedly worth millions of naira.
Spokesman of the police Adekunle Ajisebutu said the fire was put out before it could spread to other buildings.
He added that the police would investigate the incident.
“The fire has been put out successfully. No life was lost in the incident. However, valuable property which estimates are not yet known were destroyed. Cause of the fire outbreak not yet known. Investigation ongoing,” he said in a statement.
