Singer Fireboy could not hold back his emotions after thrilling the crowd with the performance of his hit song ‘Peru’ which he sang alongside British singer Ed Sheeran.
The concert was held at the Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday with thousands of crowds cheering them on as they performed.
After the performance, Fireboy was seen backstage trying to hold back his tears.
In the video posted on Instagram on Thursday, the singer is seen asking for a tissue to clean his already wet eyes.
The remix version of the song which featured Sheeran was released on Friday, December 24.
Sheeran had announced that he would be collaborating with Fireboy on the remix of the latter’s hit song.
The Grammy Award winner made this known during an interview with Elton John on Apple Music’s Rocket Hour program, adding that he is obsessed with the song.
The song has received global recognition since its release and has continued to top the charts including UK Itunes, Spotify and Shazam.
