Pop singer, Tekno, turned 23 on Thursday, December 17, 2015.
The singer whose real names are Augustine Miles Kelechi was born in Bauchi but hails from Ebonyi State, Nigeria.
Tekno came into limelight in 2013 after he released the song ‘Holiday’ featuring pop star, Davido. He signed with the label, Triple MG, run by Ubi Franklin and Iyanya that same year.
Although the ‘Duro’ singer introduced himself to Nigerians as a singer, he is also a budding producer.
He is responsible for some big hits in the Nigerian music industry.

- Show – Victoria Kimani
Tekno is responsible for Victoria Kimani’s hit track, ‘Show’. The song which was released in November 2014 ruled the clubs for a very long time.
- Boss – Ice Prince
Rapper, Ice Prince, enlisted Tekno to deliver the beat for the track ‘Boss’. While fans enjoyed every lyric Ice delivered, they also moved to the beat constructed by the young star.
- Pray for You – Lynxxx
‘Pray for You’, the first single off rapper, Lynxxx, sophomore album titled The Evolution was produced by Tekno. He definitely surprised fans with his diversity when it comes to making hits.
- Panya – Bracket ft. Tekno
Ape Planet’s singing duo, Bracket, in July 2015 also linked up with the hit maker to dish out a danceable track titled ‘Panya’.
- Feeling You – Rima
Tekno also produced the club banger ‘Feeling You’ by fast rising artiste, Rima.
