Mitchel Ihezue, the reigning Miss Universe Nigeria, is set to conclude her reign as the 2024 Miss Universe Nigeria.
The grand finale, where a new queen will be crowned, will be held today at the Eko Hotels & Suites in Lagos.
The event promises to be a night of glamour as the winner will receive a cash prize of N10 million, among other rewards, and the opportunity to represent Nigeria at the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant.
Mitchel on Friday shared a post on social media, expressing her gratitude and extending her best wishes to her successor.
She wrote, “The Universe Calls!! In a few hours, the crown will be adorning the head of a new queen, #MissUniverseNigeria2024.
“It has been an incredible year, and I am grateful to have walked this path. To the head that wears this crown next, I hope it brings you as much joy, love, and adventure as it brought to me.”
