Highlife singer, Flavour Nabania, rekindled his romance with Chidinma at the Flavour of Africa concert held in Awka, Anambra State.
Phyno, Obiligbo Brothers and Awilo Longomba were among the star performers of the night which marked the end of a sensational 6-day period of entertainment.
Flavour, who began his performance with fan-favourite song Oyi, electrified the stage with his verve and gusto as he thrilled fans all night long.
The multi-talented singer impressed with his live band bringing to life some of his most iconic songs.
The concert’s sponsor, Life Continental Lager Beer, treated consumers to quality tasting beer with live performances to match.
The build-up to the Flavour of Africa concert began with two Bridge of Progress parties in Anambra and Owerri on December 26th and 28th respectively.
The Marketing Director, Nigerian Breweries Plc, Emmanuel Oriakhi, said after the concert that the connection the brand has with the people of South East spurred them into sponsoring the concert.
“Life Lager is the first beer to be brewed in the southeast of Nigeria. The brand has always been very close to its root and its people. This year we took steps to further deepen this connection.
“We realize how much it means for the people of Enugu to be able to celebrate the year-end festivities with friends and family and we wanted to be part of that experience for our loyal consumers.
“We at Life beer also wanted to give them a celebratory experience that will not only resonate with them but also be equally memorable, hence our decision to host the Bridge of progress parties and sponsor the Flavour of Africa concert. We thank our consumers for consistently choosing Life and we wish every one of them a very happy new year,”
