Actress Foluke Daramola has deleted her post condemning the deadly attack on members of a Catholic Church in Owo, Ondo State, after her fight with a blogger.
Worshippers of St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State, were attacked on Sunday, by gunmen, leading to the loss of lives.
Reacting to the tragic incident Foluke wrote on Instagram: “A very sad Sunday! What is going on in Nigeria What have we Christians done wrong that we have to go through this?!!!”
Her post, however, provoked Instagram users who rushed to the comment section to accuse the actress of endorsing ‘corrupt politicians’. Foluke also lashed out at them, demanding that they leave her page if they have nothing better to say.
As the crisis heightened, controversial blogger Gistlover stormed the comment section of the post and joined others in attacking the Yoruba actress.
The blogger wrote: “Foluke I decree and declare, all that makes you happy will be taken away from you, I see you attacking people because they are telling you the truth, elebi, ofon, ole, no be una papa jagaban dey run things, If people are talking about bad governance, Foluke you are not worthy, you sold your birthright to these people, so shush and keep moving, if not, bring it on, I say bring it on.”
“You that went to DM my husband to call him a mumu man cos he didn’t give you audience I didn’t even know you are petty to condescend toi sending DM to my hubby!!! Big shame,” Foluke fired back.
After exchanging words with the faceless blogger, Foluke Daramola deleted the Instagram post that led to the drama.
Recall that Foluke came under fire in November 2021, after her visit to the campaign team of National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu.
